I'm Bayo,
Adebayo Adejola is my full name, and I'm an immigrant based in the UK who, like many others, had to face the difficult task of making a fresh start in a foreign country. In my home country I dedicated my entire being to my career as an Architect, believing it would be my lifelong calling. I even got an MBA.
But after moving to the United Kingdom, I was faced with a dilemma— the demand for Architects in the UK was far smaller than in my home country. I had to accept that I would have to start over in a foreign land.
Although I began my journey in the UK with jobs that were below my Professional experience and I didn't particularly enjoy that period, I chose to look out for how to better myself. Rather than focusing on all the difficulties, I seized the chance for development and change.
I eventually forged a new career path for myself in the Tech sector by becoming certified in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Scrum -through hard work, persistence, and an unwavering pursuit of excellence. I am a contractor in both fields and have gained invaluable experience over the past few years. Currently I am also working on my Doctorate Program.

A combination of recorded videos detailing the fundamentals that you are required to know, coupled with live sessions where I answer ALL questions, you will gain access to our Slack platform where we share info and deliver assignments and practical task work that is graded and discussed with individual trainees and their various groups. All coaching is delivered by myself and every trainee has my phone number and can communicate by calls or Whatsapp messages whenever the need arises.
A New Beginning! We have some trainees that secured jobs before the coaching concluded- but that isn't the norm, Some trainees will require help preparing their resumes, optimising their LinkedIn profiles and help with interview prep. All of that is available for those who take advantage of it.
But by far, the biggest advantage is the beginning of a 12-month Mentorship where my Interns have me in their corner for duration to help them in any area they so desire.
